SANSHI Bio Solutions Files Patent for PTIm™ Platform Technology
SANSHI Bio Solutions has filed a patent application covering its proprietary PTIm™ (Polyspecific Therapeutics for Immune Modulation) platform, powered by the Predictive Therapeutic Immune Modeler.
The PTIm™ ecosystem includes PTIm-mAb™ and PTIm-CAR™, AI/ML-driven platforms designed to accelerate the development of next-generation therapeutic molecules. By predicting, identifying, and optimizing potential liabilities early in the discovery process, the platform enables a “front-loaded” development strategy that reduces risk, shortens timelines, and improves candidate quality before experimental validation.
PTIm™ represents SANSHI’s commitment to transforming therapeutic design through advanced computational intelligence, enabling faster and more efficient development of innovative biologics and engineered cell therapies.
Dr. Murali Addepalli, VP & CSO, delivered a speaker session, “The Code is the Cure” at the 3rd Global Biologics India Conference held in Hyderabad on 22nd – 23rd April. The session focused on Programmable Immune Infrastructure beyond Oncology extending into Auto-Immune, Fibrosis and Infectious Disease.
He also highlighted Sanshi’s proprietary end-to-end Injectable CAR Sequence Design Platform, PTIm-CAR™. This platform enables development from concept to FASTA-ready sequences with expression kinetics, CMC prediction and TME remodeling.
Sanshi Bio exhibited at the 23rd edition of BioAsia, held in Hyderabad on February 17–18, 2026. Visitors to the booth had engaging discussions around Sanshi’s revolutionary AI platform for biologics expediting research & development.
